Read this. It matters.

Stand Firm is brotherhood. It is not treatment.

We are men walking the same road, side by side. That's real, and it's powerful. But it is not medical care, and we will never pretend otherwise.

We are not doctors.

We are not physicians, therapists, clinicians, counselors, or licensed treatment providers. Nothing here — no newsletter, no post, no wristband, no conversation — is medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or addiction treatment.

Nothing on Stand Firm replaces real care. Not your doctor. Not your therapist. Not AA, SMART Recovery, or a treatment program. Not the professional support you may need. Use those. We stand beside them, not in their place.

If you are in crisis right now, stop reading and get help.

There is no shame in the call. Making it is standing firm.

Quitting can be dangerous. Talk to a physician first.

Sobriety is medical territory. Withdrawal from alcohol and some other substances can be serious — even fatal. If you drink heavily, do not stop cold without talking to a doctor. Get medical guidance before you change anything. We mean it.

Faith here is one man's walk.

The faith woven through Stand Firm is the founder's own — his perspective, his road. It is encouragement, not pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, or religious advice. Take what strengthens you and seek your own counsel for the rest.

No promises. Just the work.

Every man's road is his own. We don't guarantee sobriety, healing, or any outcome. Results vary because people vary.

Our content, our community, and our merchandise are tools — not solutions. Pick them up. Use them. But the work is yours, and the help only a professional can give is theirs.

Stand firm. And when you need more than a brother, go get it.
